When will the Work/Live Studios be available?
The goal is to have the building complete by 2011. The current process first requires that we acquire a sufficient number of letters of interest from Montreal artists. At that point, we will be able to proceed to finalize the financial and development concept for the site. CLC, the owner of the site will be able to proceed with the site development once it has received all municipal approvals, and the site is remediated.
