The goal is to reduce the costs of development and operation in order to offer affordable multipurpose Work/Live Studios to artists. In la Cité des Artistes, artists only have to pay one rent for both their living and working spaces.

La Cité des Artistes proposes a unique and innovative management structure that will assure the long-term artistic nature of the building.

Our preliminary estimates for space rentals in Cité des Artistes are as follows:
